Onsite Consultation & Written Quotation
After our initial contact, we view your property always. During our visit, we will assist the layout and design of your remodeling. You can view examples of tap ware, vanity basins, toilets and other needs, to assist with your selection process and allow us to cater to your exact needs. We then promptly prepare a written quotation along with a sketch of your new bathroom based on our conversation & brief.Demolition
We will carry out all your demolition requirements. Wall tiles and floor tiles are stripped of old tiles. Old paint is removed and anything else that is not needed in the new works. Skip bins are always provided by us. All rubble and rubbish is removed from site by us and care is taken to minimize mess. We ensure at the end of demolition day (and every other day), that all rubbish is disposed of and your house is left clean and tidy.Preparation work
Brickwork is then undertaken e.g. bricking up walls and pouring concrete slabs, if required. Pest spraying is also undertaken in this stage of the work. Too often we perform remodeling on bathrooms where there has been water leakage because waterproof membrane was not applied. Carpentry
Your bathroom remodeling may require carpentry work to refit doors and windows, skirting to be replaced, wooden flooring to be installed. Our experienced carpenters will attend to all your needs.Plumbing
Phil is a licensed plumber and will be part of the team that will visit you for your initial consultation. During this time, Phil will be able to advise on your plumbing constraints and possibilities, to ensure that your proposed changes are feasible and will fit and function in the space. Our work will include checking and renewing any plumbing or drainage to accommodate your new sanitary items for your new bathroom design. We can also advise on eco-friendly fittings and systems such as grey-water conversion and water saving devices such as shower heads.Electrical works
You may require our electricians to install lights/IXLs, heating, ventilation, spa/sauna/toilet electricals, switches and outlets. We use quality products that meet Australian standards. Plastering
To ensure a quality finish of all your wall areas, plastering may be required to cover any new brick work, patch ceilings where for example, an old exhaust fan may have been removed and to cover electrical chases.Cabinet making
Our cabinet maker will visit onsite before the remodeling work begins to consult with you. Vanity top varieties include quartz based engineered stone (e.g. Caesarstone, QStone), marble, 100% acrylic, laminate and granite. Vanity doors, drawers and facings can be constructed in lacquer, timber and laminate (moisture resistant board and top quality hardware). Quality shower screens (including frameless, semi frameless, profile shower screens & polished nib panels) can be installed that will add the finishing touch to your bathroom.
